Exciting changes to the COP means more fun for you! The program now offers two unique models. The first model will allow you to play the role of crime scene investigator as you put evidence together to identify a prime suspect. In Crime Lab 101, you'll also extract DNA from evidence found at a fictional crime scene, and collect and analyze fingerprints and hair samples as you solve the crime. Sound like fun? If so, we'll show you what steps you must take in a 15-day session, to become real crime scene investigators.

The second model is just for you lucky 5th graders! Now even you can start thinking about your future career. Students can participate in either a forensic science or marine science program, and experience a potential career in the science field. The best part is your teacher receives lessons too!

The Career Orientation program is restricted to 5th-6th grade students in the Anaheim City and Magnolia School Districts. Kids in these districts can request an application through their teacher or school office.
